Hi! I'm Kalpita (CUL-pi-thah), she/hers. I am a recent graduate of Northwestern University. I majored in theatre and have concentrations in acting, screenwriting, creative nonfiction writing, and wasting my parents’ money. (Well, that’s what my parents’ friends say anyways.)

My name means imagination. (Picture the scene from SpongeBob where he teaches imagination to Squidward and mimes a rainbow and a rainbow appears because its animation and not real life. But replace SpongeBob with me because I hate SpongeBob.) My imagination rainbow helps percolate untold or underrepresented people’s stories for me whether that’s through screenwriting, creative nonfiction writing, and/or acting. I can't wait to share my imagination rainbow with you!
